The mount plate holes are 37mm in from the front edge of the carcase and are 32mm between centres.
Most concealed hinges conform to this standard.
A very common problem with fitted kitchens is that the doors work loose with time. The hinges and doors are usually still in good condition but the baseplate screws have worked loose and no longer hold the hinge firmly to the carcase so the door wobbles. This can be potentially dangerous as a door could come off a wall unit and fall on somebody.
Using these Hinge Repair Plates you can fix the door firmly without even having to remove the door.
Fix the hinge mount plate to the repair plate using the existing euro screws and then screw the assembly to the carcase through the repair plate holes. Make sure the lip of the repair plate is pressed firmly against the front edge of the carcase.

or having to match a new door to a kitchen which has been discontinued.
